New zine, or book?
The new publication is finished!
I wanted to have it done in time for the recent Dallas Art Book Fair, and I got it done. So, yay for goal setting and following through. I’ve been lightly shopping it around on social media as well. My most used platform currently is Meta’s Threads (I know…), and anytime someone posts about how they are looking for photo zines or if anyone publishes and sells their photo zines, I’ve been throwing my Print on Demand link in the mix.
This is primarily to let people know it exists, but since I don’t have to do anything on the back end, shipping-wise, I hope to sell a few copies.
I know I must be a bit more aggressive in consistently selling via social media, and I’ve seen some people on Threads doing just that. However, I post and ghost too much to go that route.
I’m delighted with how the final publication and the spreads look! I’m ready to start working on the next zine because there are some zine fests coming up that I really want to attend.
